Project I: Automotive LED lens produced by full-electric machine

Tederic brought a latest design dedicated thick-wall optical product full-electric machine on this exhibition.

It requests several even over ten minutes to hold high pressure to produce thick-wall optical products. Traditional full-electric machines can’t run well because of over temperature alarm caused by motor locked rotor temperature rising.

Tederic independently developed latest motor drive and screw control technologies to ensure the motor run well and meet the demand of long-time holding pressure to produce thick-wall optical products. Its launching has broken the curse that full-electric machine is not suitable to produce thick-wall optical products. It’s suitable to produce not only optical lens, but also thick-wall cosmetics cases and etc.

Full-electric machine has below unique advantages comparing to hydraulic machines:

A stable low injection speed between 1mm/s to 5mm/s is essential to produce thick wall products. Hydraulic system in ultra-low flow control is prone to crawling phenomenon, resulting in unstable injection speed and flow mark.

Hydraulic pressure is susceptible to oil pressure fluctuations, needing timely adjustment of injection parameters to avoid defective.

Tederic full-electric machines use a drive structure by servo motor and ball screw to stabilize the output of a constant low rate of fire and effectively reduce product quality fluctuations.

Tederic full-electric machines use special optical screw tube group and dedicated temperature control software to effectively avoid yellowing, black spots and other common optical defects.

During this exhibition Tederic brought a dream series dual-color machine to on-site show dual-color civilian product solution. It can be flexibly with three-platen toggle and two-platen clamping units, with clamping tonnage from 170T to 1920T and rotate platen diameter 650mm-2200mm, to provide you with diversified solutions.
