August 4th, the 110th China daily-use articles trade fair & China, modern home expo was beginning at Shanghai new international exhibition center. The show of Tederic Dream series DH550/M2500 two-platen and single precision injection molding machine IML dustbin automatic producing, was standing out of all the shows, attracted super high popularity.

During the exhibition, we showed the dustbin IML, was different with normal printing stickers, it had the brushed metal’s texture and also the effect of relief veins, it could reflect a kind of high-end and fashion better. It was still specially in all the shows.

According the metal veins of stickers, it could be divide as stainless steel veins, aluminum alloy veins and tungsten steel veins. So this time, we chose many different materials to show the highlight of the metal texture IML in the industry.
The IML product is the technology, which by sending the printed composited material sticker, which produced by the professional mechanical equipment, to the special structure injection mold cavity, and then using the injection plastic temperature to make sticker and plastic in to one part. Usually it will be used in PE, PP material package products. The choices of material can not only influence the beauty of products, but also the technology during the molding. And the metal sticker has the extremely high requirements to the precision of injection mold machine, the material of stickers.
