Safety precautions for IMM operation

I. Before starting the machine

A. Check carefully, and ensure that there is no water and oil into electrical control box. Don’t start the machine if some parts are affected with damp. Please desiccate the component.

B. Check whether the voltage is up to the standard.(≦±6%)

C. Check the emergency stop switch, safety door switch, motor and oil pump.

D. Check wethter the cooling pipe is smooth or not, inject the the cooling water into the oil cooler and the barrel at the end.

E. Check wether the lubricating oil is enough or not.

F. Heat machine barrel to standard temperature, and then maintain this temperature steadly.

G. According to the different requirment of different plastics, fill into enough raw materials, the better desiccate them previously.

H. To cover the insulation cover on the cylinder, this can save energy, and can prolong the life of the electric coil and current contactor.

 

II. In the running time

A. Don't neglect the function of the safety door.

B. Observe the temperature of the hydraulic oil, not exceed the limitation. The ideal working temperature of hydraulic oil should be maintained at 45-50, and the temperature of hydraulic oil is suitable for the range of 35-60.

C. Pay attention to adjust the travel switch, to avoid the impact of the action.

 

III. The time work was done

A. Before the machine was competely stop, clean barrel of the machine to prevent the residual materials oxidizing and decomposing.

B. The mould is opened, the toggle mechanism is always in a closed state.

C. The workshop must have lifting equipment. Loading and dismantling the mold should be very carefully, to ensure the safety of production
