Maintenance plan
A. Daily check
a. Check and adjust the safety facilities, insure all equipment is OK.
b. Check the lubricating oil and add new oil with the same label.
c. Check the hydraulic oil and make sure the oil level is up to the mid-line.
B. The first 1000 hours after the operation
a. Replace or clean the oil filter
b. Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the tank
C. running every 5000 hours or up to a year
a. Replace or clean air filter
b. replace hydraulic oil (hydraulic oil do not mix old and new
D. running every 20000 hours or up to 5 years
a. Check and replace the sealing ring and the wear ring of hydraulic cylinder
b. replace the high pressure hose
E. Running every 3 years
Replace the controller (host) battery
F. Running every 5 years
Replace the battery on the operation panel
Maintenance of lubrication system
A. Maintenance of the air cleaner
The tank is the function of the air filter tank breathing, and to prevent external dust and dirt into the tank, so it is a very important part, the need for regular maintenance.
The air filter is installed on the top of the oil tank, cleaning first loosen the cap, replace the air filter element, and then re tighten the cap. Note that block must be tightened, or oil spill.
