In 2014 Tederic carry out the talent training plan, which contain the culture cultivation, job qualification, service ability, and study aboard. Aimed at giving the system, scientific, professional guidance for graduate from the fields of professional knowledge skills, comprehensive management ability, to make them quickly become the qualified, excellent backbone, and provide continuing talent pool to the core key positions of Tederic.
In April, 2014, there are 4 students talent showing themselves from the all trainees, their performance got the company leadership and supervising teacher's approval, and won the title of Excellent Trainee in April. They were Liu Shixuan from the Sales Department, Jiang Shunqing from the Technical Centre, Miao Yang from the Manufacture Centre and Liu Liting from the Financial Department.
